UnitedBiz.Africa operates an online business directory that allows businesses to be listed and discovered by the public. Listings are created and managed by our internal administration team based on information submitted by business owners.

3. Listing Requests and Approval

Submission of a listing request does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or remove listings at our discretion, including where submitted information is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Subscription Packages and Billing

Listings are offered on a monthly subscription basis across multiple tiers.

• Are billed monthly
• Are payable in advance
• May change with reasonable notice

Businesses may upgrade or downgrade their package by contacting our team.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including PayFast, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. UnitedBiz.Africa does not store full card details.

Transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the business owner.

6. Promotions and Featured Listings

Premium listings may include promotional offers or featured placement. UnitedBiz.Africa does not guarantee a specific number of leads, enquiries, or sales.

7. Accuracy of Information

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and up to date. UnitedBiz.Africa is not liable for incorrect information supplied by businesses.

8. Use of the Platform

Users may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with platform operation
• Scrape or copy listings at scale
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

9. AI Search and Chatbot

The Platform may include an AI-powered chatbot to assist users in finding listings. Results are based on available data and may not always be complete or error-free.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and design elements remain the property of UnitedBiz.Africa unless otherwise stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

UnitedBiz.Africa provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on listings or platform availability.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate listings or access where these Terms are breached.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
